Sibu - Malaysia
Viel zu tun gibt es nicht in Sibu – Malaysia, durchaus gut als zwischen Station zwischen Miri und Kuching. Mit dem Bus nach Sibu und dem Expressboot von Sibu nach Kuching. Das Bootterminal ist mitten im Ort. Der Flughafen ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber es gibt täglich mehrere Flüge nach Kuching.
Einfach ein bisschen am Wasser entlang schlendern, den wunderschönen Tempel anschauen und im Tempelpark entspannen. In der Nähe der Stadt gibt es auch einen Nationalpark und eine große Tempelanlage. Abends im Ark mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über den Fluss essen und dann auf jeden Fall den Nachtmarkt besuchen, einfach drüber schlendern und typische malayische Snacks probieren.
